DeepSpeed ZeRO++ vs ChatGPT Plugins

The first set of plugins has been created by Expedia, FiscalNote, Instacart, KAYAK, Klarna, Milo, OpenTable, Shopify, Slack, Speak, Wolfram, and Zapier.
