InterviewPrep AI vs ResumeMaker.Online

InterviewPrep AI bundles interview coaching tools for job seekers who want help before and during live interviews. The platform includes a Chrome extension called Interview Copilot for real-time transcription and question detection, an AI resume builder with ATS-focused formatting, Interview Coding Pilot for one-click coding challenge support, and virtual mock interview features.

The homepage says more than 200,000 job seekers use the platform, with support for 36+ languages and coding help across 36 languages. Interview Copilot works with Google Meet, Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft Teams, and the extension page highlights share-safe options for users who need answers on a separate device during screen sharing.

Pricing ranges from a free tier with limited copilot minutes to Standard and Pro plans with higher minute allowances, unlimited resume building, interview transcripts, and email plus Discord support on every paid tier.

You build resumes and CVs entirely in the browser with ResumeMaker.Online, run by aiCarousels AB from Malm??, Sweden. No account is needed to open the editor and start filling in sections. Your CV content stays in the browser by default, not on company servers, which is a privacy trade-off many cloud resume apps skip.

Most resume builders charge before you can export a finished file. ResumeMaker.Online flips that: design and edit for free, pay only when you want a PDF download. Templates use A4 paper and three layouts (Split, Classic, Hybrid) tuned for European hiring, with optional fields like nationality that US-centric tools often omit. AI writing, bullet generation, PDF/DOCX import, job-ad keyword matching, and translation live inside one editor instead of scattered add-ons.

Job seekers who need ATS-readable formatting without installing software can work from any browser. The site also hosts 14 standalone free tools, including a resume checker, cover letter generator, and interview practice. Premium access, listed at USD per month with VAT included in the editor, unlocks PDF export, multiple saved versions, and unlimited AI feature use.
