PrankGPT vs BarGPT

Pick a US phone number, choose a voice, type a prompt, and PrankGPT places an automated call where the AI carries the conversation you scripted. The homepage offers two personas: Marv, pitched as an evil prankbot, and Zephyr, a Gen Z voice powered by Rime.ai.

Most prank call apps play a fixed recording. PrankGPT routes the dialogue through large language models on the open-source Vocode stack, so the bot can riff on your instructions instead of replaying one canned line. Voices come from Rime Labs and Google Cloud, which is why the site reads more like a voice-AI demo than a traditional gag hotline.

Friends pranking friends are the obvious use case, but creators testing short-form skits or voice agents also show up in the Product Hunt listing. The interface is a single page with no account gate, which keeps the barrier low for one-off jokes.

BarGPT builds custom cocktail recipes from a mood, spirit, ingredient list, or occasion you describe. Tell it what is on your shelf or what vibe you want, and it returns a full drink with style notes you can save, rename, and refine. The public archive already holds more than 32,000 AI-generated cocktails to browse.

Recipe sites recycle the same classics. BarGPT generates new combinations from your inputs and tracks your home bar inventory so suggestions use bottles you already own. The free tier caps you at one creation unless you tip $2 for five more or earn credits by sharing BarGPT. Premium at $3.99 per month removes the limit.

Home bartenders and party hosts use it when they want a fresh pour without flipping through cocktail books. Premium adds bookmarks, custom social links, and the ability to repicture drinks for sharing.
