FillApp (formerly Fill)
FillApp is a Chrome extension that acts as a browser agent for form filling and data entry. It runs inside your logged-in sessions, fills web and PDF forms from saved snippets or custom instructions, and automates multi-step workflows across tabs with a visible on-screen trace of every action.
Unlike tools that need separate credentials or backend setup, FillApp works where you already browse. It supports Google Forms, Salesforce, Workday, Airtable, and dozens of other platforms without per-site configuration, and offers Fill, Agent, and Assist modes for quick form completion, multi-step automation, or read-only page analysis.
It fits recruiters posting jobs across boards, sales reps logging CRM data, logistics staff handling customs forms, and anyone who spends their day copying information between browser tabs.

Agent Mode plans and runs multi-step workflows across browser tabs from a single instruction
Assist Mode summarizes pages, PDFs, and images and answers questions without taking actions
Reusable data snippets insert consistent values across forms by typing @SnippetName in chat
Visible on-screen execution shows cursor movements and highlights with pause and resume controls
Cross-tab automation switches between open tabs using your existing logged-in sessions

FillApp offers a 7-day free trial with 50 credits and no credit card required. After the trial, you can stay on the pay-as-you-go plan and buy credits at $0.10 each, or subscribe to Starter ($14.99/month) or Pro ($29.99/month).
What browsers does FillApp support?
FillApp is currently a Chrome extension available from the Chrome Web Store. The founder's note mentions plans to expand to Edge, Safari, and Firefox.
What is the difference between Fill, Agent, and Assist modes?
Fill Mode matches your text or saved snippets to form fields for quick completion. Agent Mode plans and executes multi-step tasks that may include clicking, typing, and switching tabs. Assist Mode is read-only: it summarizes pages, PDFs, and images but cannot click, type, or navigate.
Is my data safe with FillApp?
FillApp runs in your browser and only reads page content when you start a conversation or task. Chat sessions are temporary and not stored permanently. The company states it does not sell personal data and uses OpenAI and Anthropic for AI processing with training opt-outs where available.
Can I cancel or change my FillApp plan anytime?
Yes. You can cancel subscriptions in your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew each term until canceled.
Can I buy extra credits if I run out?
Yes. On the pay-as-you-go plan, credits cost $0.10 each and are valid for one year. Starter and Pro subscribers can also top up credits at $0.10 per credit.
Do unused FillApp credits roll over?
Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for one year. Subscription credits represent usage rights for the billing period and may expire at the end of that period per the terms of service.
Does FillApp require sharing my login credentials?
No. FillApp operates inside your existing browser sessions. It uses the tabs and logins you already have open and does not require you to share credentials with FillApp.
