Is Palette Immo free to use?

What is the difference between redesign and virtual staging?
Redesign mode reimagines a furnished room while keeping the layout realistic. Virtual staging mode furnishes an empty room so buyers can picture how the space could look.
How do Palette Immo credits work?
Credits are spent per render. On the free plan, purchased credit packs do not expire. On paid subscriptions, monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over. Extra credits bought during a subscription expire at the start of the next cycle.
Can teams share one Palette Immo account?
Yes. Paid plans include team seats so multiple users can draw from the same credit pool. The Expert plan supports up to 25 team members, and only the account admin can purchase additional credits.
Does Palette Immo offer refunds?
No. Palette Immo does not issue refunds for successful generations or subscription fees because of GPU processing costs. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
