FlashcardX is a study app that turns pasted text or web links into vocabulary flashcards you can review before a test. You drop in a short excerpt from an article, textbook, or URL, and the site generates words to memorize instead of making cards by hand.

The workflow centers on a single generator on the homepage: enter your source material, create a deck, and come back to it later under My Flashcards after signing in. A credits counter on the page shows how many generations you have left.

It is built for students who need quick vocab prep and do not want to spend time formatting cards. The project is open source on GitHub and tied to Talbert Herndon's Mico-Learning Community on Jotted.

Learn.xyz converts company handbooks, slide decks, dusty PDFs, and policy documents into gamified micro lessons teams can take on mobile or desktop. The AI course builder turns uploaded source material into bite-sized training in about 21 seconds per the site's published metrics. Admins get an LMS with access controls, compliance reporting, and user management for distributed teams.

Traditional LMS uploads still leave employees scrolling long PDFs with low completion rates. Learn.xyz reports an 89 percent lesson completion rate and 58 lessons taken monthly per user in March 2025. Learners use a mobile app or browser client with gamified quizzes instead of passive slide reading.

The platform also offers a separate individual learning path with shareable certificates and job-specific courses through the consumer app. Enterprise tiers add personalized branding, leaderboards, SSO, SCORM and LTI integrations, and regional US or EU data centers with GDPR alignment and SOC2 Type II compliance.

HR teams, school districts, consulting firms, and distributed companies rolling out policy or skills training are the primary buyers. Industry pages target education providers, school districts, consulting firms, and remote-first organizations.
