Limitless vs MeetGeek

Limitless is a meeting assistant built around the Pendant, a wearable that captures conversations and turns them into searchable transcripts and summaries. The service also offered desktop and web recorders plus the Rewind screen-capture app for personal context.

In late 2025 Limitless announced its acquisition by Meta to build AI-enabled wearables, which means new Pendant sales stopped and Rewind is sunsetting. Existing Pendant owners still get free Unlimited Plan access through 2026, but desktop and web recording no longer accept new captures.

Professionals who already own the Pendant use Limitless to recall meetings and spoken notes hands-free. New buyers cannot purchase hardware after December 5, 2025, and several regions lose service access entirely.

MeetGeek is a meeting assistant that records, transcribes, and summarizes calls across Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other conferencing tools. It stores searchable transcripts, AI chat over past meetings, and workflow automations so teams can share notes without rewatching every recording.

Unlike lightweight note bots that only dump a summary, MeetGeek layers meeting templates, CRM integrations, and no-bot browser recording on top of transcription. That stack targets teams that need governance, analytics, and Zapier-style automation rather than a single post-call email.

Sales, customer success, and product teams use MeetGeek for customer calls, interviews, and internal standups. Educators and agencies also adopt it for online classes and client meetings where shared folders and role-based access matter.
