MyndMap vs Scribe

MyndMap is a mobile productivity system built around how ADHD minds actually work. The current release, MyndOS Zenith, brings tasks, moods, money, notes, and reflection into one structured app instead of scattering them across separate tools.

Founder Jordan Mugenyi started the project at 19 and has spent three years refining it through daily use and feedback from neurodiverse users. Clinical psychologist Dr. Misuzu Nakashima advises on mood and executive function features, and the app is written individually in English and Japanese rather than machine translated.

It suits people with ADHD or executive function challenges who want calmer task flow, mood awareness, and simple budgeting without aggressive notifications or cluttered dashboards. iOS is live now, with Android in beta.

Scribe captures how work actually gets done and turns it into step-by-step guides your team and AI agents can follow. It records workflows as people perform them in the browser, desktop, or mobile apps, then generates documentation without manual screenshots or write-ups. Teams use it for SOPs, training, onboarding, and feeding workflow context to AI tools.

Where most documentation tools expect you to write guides from memory or schedule walkthroughs, Scribe watches real workflows and documents them automatically. Capture surfaces the processes teams run most often and turns them into shareable guides, while Optimize maps inefficiencies across approved apps and recommends where to automate or invest in AI.
