Scheduled is an iOS app that lets you write a text message now and send it later across iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, and Email. You pick a contact or group, set the send time, and choose between a reminder nudge or full auto-send so the message goes out without you touching your phone.

The app is built around how people actually stay in touch: birthday wishes that land at 9am, appointment reminders for clients, and recurring check-ins that would otherwise slip through a busy week. For iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Email, auto-send runs through a Personal Automation you install in Apple Shortcuts.

Scheduled also pulls in your Google or Apple calendar, recognizes upcoming events, and surfaces message suggestions for the moments worth acknowledging. You can import contacts, build groups for broadcast-style sends, and set recurring schedules for anniversaries or weekly nudges.

The team behind Scheduled reports more than five million downloads and over 900,000 messages scheduled and sent. The same company now offers Moments AI, a separate web product for relationship management, but Scheduled remains its dedicated iPhone messaging scheduler.

Rossum reads invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading, and other transactional documents, then extracts, validates, and posts the data to your ERP. AI agents ingest files from email, scanners, PEPPOL, or shared drives, run them through the Aurora Document AI engine, and route exceptions to a human validation screen when needed. The platform supports 276 languages plus handwriting and learns from user corrections over time.

OCR tools that only pull text leave your team to fix errors in spreadsheets. Rossum cross-checks extracted fields against master data, ERP records, and business rules, infers GL codes and tax codes, and triggers approval workflows or vendor emails automatically. Business and Enterprise tiers add duplicate detection, intelligent mailboxes, custom webhooks, and certified connectors for SAP, Coupa, Workday, and Oracle.

Rossum targets finance and operations teams drowning in AP paperwork, logistics companies processing shipping documents, and enterprises facing e-invoicing mandates. More than 450 brands use it, Everest Group named Rossum a Leader in its 2026 IDP PEAK Matrix, and Coupa acquired Rossum to extend its spend management stack.
