FlyAIgh automatically refunds credits when a generation fails due to server errors, AI model provider failures, timeouts, or system crashes. Credits are typically returned within minutes and appear in your account history as "Refund - Generation Failed."
Do FlyAIgh credits expire?
Purchased credits on FlyAIgh do not expire while your account stays active. If your account has no login or generation activity for more than 12 consecutive months, FlyAIgh may expire unused credits after email warnings at 10 and 11 months.
Can I get a refund for unused FlyAIgh credits?
