ProdPad
ProdPad is a product management platform that connects roadmaps, ideas, customer feedback, and objectives in one system. It was built by Janna Bastow and Simon Cast, who invented the Now-Next-Later roadmap format and co-founded Mind the Product. Teams use it to move from scattered slide decks and spreadsheets to a single source of truth for product decisions.
The platform targets product managers, product leaders, and product operations teams at startups and enterprises. Customers include Autodesk, NHS, NBC Universal, Home Depot, and Singapore GovTech. ProdPad emphasizes outcome-focused roadmapping, evidence-based prioritization, and workflows that separate discovery from delivery.
CoPilot PM adds optional AI assistance across the workspace. It can draft specs from linked feedback, surface patterns in customer input, suggest roadmap initiatives, and answer questions using your team's live ProdPad data. Every core feature works without AI, and CoPilot only acts on changes you approve.

Inventors of the Now-Next-Later roadmap format, with publishing views built for stakeholder updates
Unlimited free Reviewer seats make it easy to collect ideas from across the company

Full value depends on connecting integrations and keeping feedback flowing into the system
