Compared with standalone applicant tracking add-ons, HiredScore sits inside Workday as a talent orchestration layer rather than a separate sourcing database. It grades resumes against requisitions, surfaces internal and external leads from existing pools, and sends smart alerts to recruiters and hiring managers in tools like Microsoft Teams.
