Invoko
Invoko is a voice desktop assistant for Mac that lives beside your work instead of in a separate chat tab. Hold Fn to speak from the notch or drag the panel to your desktop, and it drafts replies, summarizes pages, rewrites text, or takes approved actions from whatever app you already have open.
It starts from the app, page, selection, and field in front of you rather than making you paste context into a chat window. Screen awareness, microphone access, and accessibility permissions let it read on-screen work, run short answers in-panel, or hand longer jobs to a background agent that can move between apps and bring results back.
The product targets Mac users who want hands-free help during email, design, docs, and browser work. Beta access is free on Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 14+, with a Windows waitlist open.

Is Invoko always listening or watching my screen?
No. Invoko starts only when you invoke it with a shortcut, tap, or request. Voice, screen context, app control, and account connectors each require separate macOS permissions that you grant explicitly.
Which Macs does Invoko support?
Invoko targets Apple Silicon Macs during beta and requires macOS 14 or later according to its download page. Intel Mac support depends on the download option available for your device.
Does Invoko have a free plan?
Yes. Invoko's Beta plan is free with full access while the beta is open. Its Terms of Service list a paid Individual plan as coming soon with pricing to be announced.
Which apps and websites does Invoko work with?
Invoko supports common Mac work surfaces including email, chat, browsers, docs, notes, code editors, calendars, PDFs, design files, and task tools. Covered pages can surface action cards for summarize, explain, rewrite, draft, extract, capture, search, or check tasks.
Do I need to connect Gmail, Notion, or Slack to use Invoko?
No. Core voice, screen, reply, and writing flows work without connected accounts on Invoko. Account connectors unlock deeper actions, and Invoko asks before using a connected account.
How does Invoko memory work?
Invoko can use recent turns, task history, saved context, artifacts, and learned preferences to handle follow-up requests. It stores what is needed for continuity, and you can delete individual history items or all history in the app.
Is Invoko available on Windows?
Not yet. Invoko offers a Mac download today and a Windows waitlist on invoko.ai. The homepage notes macOS 14+ and Apple Silicon as the current beta target.
