1) What is letterpal?
letterpal is the first AI tool dedicated to newsletter writers who want to deliver the latest industry news to their readers while saving time doing so. We help newsletter writers and content creators identify the top and freshest news in their niche, and turn those into a full-fledged newsletter using AI.
2) How much does letterpal cost?
Our subscription plans range from $14/month to $89/month. They all come with free trials which last for a week and contain 2 free credits. Each credit allows you to generate 1 newsletter. Once you are out of credits, you will be able to upgrade to a paid subscription in order to unlock credits instead of having to wait until your free trial officially ends.
3) What is your refund policy?
You are entitled to a refund for up to 14 days after your first payment. Subsequent payments are not eligible to a refund.
4) Can I customize the newsletter template?
You will soon be able to customize your newsletter template. We are actively working on this to allow you to recreate the exact structure of your current newsletter (or build it from scratch). In the meantime, there’s a 'one size fits all' template, and you can of course edit and reorganize the newsletter content after its been generated.
5) Are there any integration options with email platforms?
We don’t currently have a direct integration with email sending platforms. However, the format in which we generate the newsletter allows you to copy/paste the content straight to most platforms (including Beehiiv, Substack and more) while preserving the formatting. This makes it easy to just take content you’ve created in letterpal, paste it in your newsletter sending tool and press send.
