TalkText
TalkText is a macOS dictation app that turns spoken words into polished text you can paste into any app or website. Press Option + Space, talk naturally, and TalkText strips filler words, fixes mistakes, and returns clean copy that still sounds like you.
The restyle feature lets you select existing text and rewrite it by voice. Ask for a more confident tone, friendlier wording, or a specific style, and TalkText updates the text in place. It works across email clients, chat apps, docs, social platforms, and developer tools without switching contexts.
TalkText targets macOS users who write all day and want dictation that goes beyond raw transcription. The free plan covers all features with a monthly word limit, and paid plans unlock unlimited usage. Audio is processed in real time and is not stored for training.
